_{Promoted to Head of International Retail & E-mommmerce departments, Pieces, reporting to the CEO.
Was a part of leadership team in Pieces, and thereby responsible for management of Retail operations teams (198 stores), communication with 14 franchisee partners and running day to day operation of pieces.com teams.}

_{The Pieces brand had lost 30% of its annual turnover to competition, had huge losses on bottom line -15% EBIT, demoralized team and very unhappy partners. By focusing on building trust, using empathetic leadership and straightforward approach, to address the challenges I build, and gained the trust of the team.}

_{Strong competition had gained substantial market share within product offering, which led to closure of a number of stores and markets. Designed a key turnaround strategy for Pieces which included: new look and feel, product offering and repositioning of our brand. Skilled working with design agencies and consultancies}

_{Relocated the team from Horsens to Aarhus and suffered losses of strong team members in ecommerce area, which required replacement.
By being a charismatic leader, I was able to gain a buy-in from my team, my fellow managing colleagues, franchise partners (because this required investment) and our CEO. Contributed directly to turnover growth of 15% for the brand by implementing the new brand concept.}
