Worked remotely from Aarhus, the task was to build stronger relationship to the franchise partner, bringing store managers closer to the HQ brand identity.

Led the planning and opening of 17 VM stores in Lebanon and Egypt. Increased brand market share with 20% in Lebanon & Egypt. Led the opening and marketing campaigns & fully activated marketing activities
